Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Manarsh sources products from third-party suppliers (CJdropshipping). Refunds are only available when our supplier approves the claim. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be issued subject to supplier approval if:

• The item arrives defective (broken, non-functional, or damaged in transit)
• The item received is materially different from the product listing (wrong item, wrong colour)
• The item is not delivered within 30 days of order confirmation

All refund claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Claims raised after 3 days will not be accepted, as our supplier's dispute window closes at that point.

2. How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number (format: MNR-XXXXXX)
3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or discrepancy
4. We will raise the case with our supplier and respond within 48 business hours

Refund approval depends on the supplier's assessment of the evidence provided. We will always advocate on your behalf.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval
• PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days
• Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
• Damage caused by the customer after delivery
• Requests made more than 3 days after delivery
• Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched to our supplier.

To cancel: email manarsh108@gmail.com immediately with your order number. If approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment fails but an amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically reversed by PayPal or your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the reversal, contact us with your transaction ID and we will assist.
