1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to the United States takes 8–15 business days after dispatch via CJdropshipping logistics.

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are fulfilled via CJdropshipping and shipped directly to your door.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• An email with your tracking number and courier details
• You can also track at manarsh.in/order-status using your order ID and email

5. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Public holidays and festivals
• Extreme weather or natural events
• Courier network congestion during peak periods
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of confirmation, contact us for a refund or re-shipment.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Manarsh is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately (within 1 hour) via WhatsApp.
