Print on demand has a different rhythm from ready-stock shopping. These answers explain what happens before and after you send an order request.
Are these ready-stock products?
No. This launch is print on demand. After Manarsh confirms your order and serviceability, Qikink produces and dispatches the item. Manarsh does not hold ready inventory for this collection.
Are the product images photographs?
No. The catalogue uses original Manarsh artwork and digital product previews. These show the fixed design direction, not an exact photograph of the finished item. Print colour and placement can vary slightly.
Can I submit a custom name, photo or artwork?
No. Launch products use fixed original Manarsh designs so the Worker can submit verified products and variants to Qikink automatically. Customer artwork and manual proof approval are not offered at launch.
Which phone models are available?
The fixed Manarsh Phone Case is limited to Qikink-verified iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, S23 Ultra, OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R variants.
Who fulfils my order?
The static storefront sends a fresh Turnstile token and checkout details to a separate Cloudflare Worker. The Worker verifies prepaid Razorpay payment and handles eligible Qikink submission.
Where can Manarsh deliver?
Qikink supports more than 29,000 Indian pincodes. Serviceability is still confirmed for your specific pincode before Manarsh accepts the order.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Not at the initial production launch. COD stays hidden unless NEXT_PUBLIC_COD_ENABLED is exactly true, and the Worker independently requires COD_ENABLED=true. This fail-closed setup prevents fake orders from draining supplier balance.
Why is there a security check at checkout?
Cloudflare Turnstile issues a short-lived token that the Worker verifies before creating any prepaid or enabled COD order. Checkout cannot submit without a fresh token, and the widget resets after every attempt.
How is shipping calculated?
Qikink's current rate evidence is ₹42.37 per 500 g plus GST for surface shipping and ₹54 per 500 g plus GST for air shipping. Product, print and packaging costs are additional. Manarsh confirms the applicable method and final payable amount before acceptance.
How quickly is an order dispatched?
Qikink's current production and dispatch guidance is 2–3 business days after a confirmed order. Courier transit varies by pincode, so Manarsh does not promise an exact delivery date.
Can I cancel a made-to-order item?
Message Manarsh immediately. Cancellation is possible only before production begins. Once a made-to-order item enters production, it cannot normally be cancelled for a change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Manarsh promptly with your order details, packaging photos and a clear unboxing video. We will document the issue and raise it with Qikink under the supplier's applicable claim process.
