Privacy policy
What Manarsh collects for the Brand Radar pilot, why it is used, and who helps process it.
Pilot data we store
When you join the pilot, we store your normalised email address, optional organization, buyer type, one to six selected interests, territory, optional workflow description, consent timestamp, and created/updated timestamps. We do not intentionally store your IP address or user-agent with the signup.
How we use it
We use pilot data to understand research needs, contact you about Brand Radar, prevent duplicate signups and plan product workflows. Joining does not create a paid account or promise access.
Processors and third parties
Cloudflare provides Turnstile bot protection, Worker request processing and D1 database storage. Vercel hosts the static website. Email providers process messages you send. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.
Public journal data
The preview publishes limited corporate trademark fields from an official publication. It excludes applicant addresses, attorney details, personal applicants, phone numbers and email addresses.
Retention and rights
We retain pilot data while evaluating or operating the pilot, unless deletion is requested or longer retention is legally required. To request access, correction or deletion, email manarsh108@gmail.com.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical controls, but no online system is risk-free. Material policy updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
