Methodology
How the preview was selected, parsed and checked—and what it cannot tell you.
1. Source boundary
The preview is derived from official IP India Trade Marks Journal issue 2279, published 21 September 2026. It covers selected classes and corporate applicants connected to Telangana references in the underlying journal. It is not a complete issue index.
2. Deterministic fields
For each included record we preserve the application number and date, journal issue, publication date, section and page, class, named word mark, corporate applicant, registry office and goods/services text. Journal sections are normalised to Class 14–29, Class 30–36 or Class 37–42.
3. Privacy limits
Applicant addresses, attorney names and addresses, personal applicants, phone numbers and email addresses are not published. Records with incomplete core parsing are excluded rather than guessed.
4. Quality and corrections
Structured parsing is checked against the cited issue and page. A correction workflow records suspected errors and updates derived data while retaining source provenance. Current official status must always be checked with IP India.
5. Interpretation limits
Publication is not registration or approval. It does not establish legal status, current trading activity, purchase intent or creditworthiness. Application dates may predate the journal publication by years.
