Scope review and acceptance
Manarsh checks room type, Hyderabad location or remote suitability, requested changes, budget and target date. If suitable, you receive written scope, timing and payment instructions.
Capture the existing room
Grounded Room follows guided remote photos and measurements. Verified Room includes a Hyderabad visit to verify critical measurements. Files are shared securely during follow-up.
Design and procurement development
The layout, direction, annotated drawings, India-available sourcing and BOQ budget bands are developed together. Verified Room also includes a detailed spec and one joinery package.
One consolidated revision
You review the package and submit one clear, consolidated set of comments within the stated review window.
Contractor handoff
The final issue is organised for pricing and contractor discussion, with checked dates and site-verification notes visible.
